Why do you need 3D/4D Scan?
Parents, particularly the mothers, are naturally thrilled by the idea of seeing the first images of their child. They are excited by the joyous prospect of their first scan. The 2D scan images are no more than a grey, blurry outline but 3D and 4D scans facilitate the seeing of the skin. This makes it possible to see the outline of the baby’s mouth and nose. The parents can see the movements like kicking, yawning and sticking out of the tongue. They can have a debate on whom the child looks like! The 3D ultrasound technology is used mostly for seeing what the unborn baby looks like, or to find out whether it is a boy or a girl, while 4D gives you the moving images of your baby.
